During our 2020 CRS Art Camp, we moved to an online version of the camp so that we could continue to host CRS 2020 even during the COVID-19 pandemic, and our students did not disappoint us with their continued creativity and talent. Each morning, we hosted lessons on watercolors, acrylics, and pencils through Zoom, and then played music through our online speakers as students participated in group activity time, creating incredible works of abstract watercolor, ink, and graphite. We hosted optional activities such as rock-painting, tape-painting, Zentangles, and more during this group activity time, resulting in wonderful impromptu artworks from students; our group activity times allowed students to bond and play games like blind contour drawings and Pictionary over the online format. We are so proud of what our students have accomplished during our online CRS Camp!
We would like to present a gallery of photos taken from our 2020 Zoom class times, where you can see the counselors instructing or leading activities while the students follow along. In addition, we asked parents to take photos of their students’ final artworks, which we have included in individual pages; you can access the page with your student’s artwork at the below buttons on this page. Thank you so much for coming to CRS 2020 — we so enjoyed teaching you, and we hope you liked your time!
